waiting for parts to be shipped, having to whine and they show up 1-1.5 weeks later. Rebuilt P/S pump bad, sent it back, they "needed to find out what happened to it" for a week and finally decided "it was bad, but after running it ~half an hour, it worked" and they sent me another... No matter what people say, no one is perfect. On the other hand, a monkey can be trained to accept money and put something in a box and give it to someone in a uniform. True customer service is based on the premise:"the customer is always right" (to a point of course!). Problems need to be handled with urgency. period.
